Meditation.
Life moves very fast and when we do not move with the light of healing the self, is when we miss the most important moments, and we miss the opportunity to look around and appreciate the togetherness. Standing still in this moment, or even sitting still, looking forward to seeing the life of prosperity and progress taking shape, we need in this moment to invite the sheer grace of Divine Love into our aura and our thoughts. Notice your mood, your thoughts and your emotions in this moment. Connect to your eyes and blink them seven times to focus on something that you can see at a distance. Looking at something far away and try to notice the details. Look now at something close up and notice the details. Listen to sounds come and go, simply observing, without judging and without resistance. Now connect to all your frustrations and negative emotions and also the physically present dis-ease in your heart. Affirm that all is dissolved in the light of healing. All is healed. Healing hugs of great new destiny. Love from the centre of world and spiritual power.
