Meditation.
Take a moment to tune into your body and resonate with the thrill of experiencing happiness and joy. Continuous patterns of heart consciousness are stirring you awake to heal in the now. A stream of light is flowing out of your heart like sunshine. Your breath allowing you to spread this light further. Allow your pulse to generate a softness, and see this energy gently melting into every cell of your body. The energy flowing and sweeping and covering your world with molecules of sunlight. Envision the stability of the light and know that your world is touched by the heart of hearts, whispering and opening you up to a kaleidoscope of colours all fusing together. Your body shimmering with confidence and strength, glistening like an ocean of brilliance in the now. Blossoming in your awareness is your intuitive understanding which is opening you up to what is right for you . You are in awe of the light, reach out and touch it. Gently share it forward. Healing hugs of continuity. Love from the ocean of breath and sunshine.
