Connecting to the vibrations of the universe, use your breath to release all that leaves you feeling unsettled. Your soul is receiving the nourishment of the light in the now. Just stay connected to your breath. Allow yourself to sink in deeper in this moment. Beyond the noise and the chatter lies a silence in your heart and your soul. Connect to it, connect to the radiance of pure love in your heart. Embrace the beauty of this moment and affirm that you will connect to it again and again. See yourself covered in the essential radiance of wellness. Gently allow your intuitive self to guide you to your highest purpose. Know that the truth has been revealed. Heal on.
