Your crown chakra stretches across the sky and your heart chakra fills up with the light and opens up to sharing with others. The shoulders majestically surrendering to the light and Mother Earth simultaneously receiving the light flowing through your body and heart. Follow the rhythm of your breath and the light gently moving forward to fill your life and your world with generosity and silence, in complete satisfaction. Connect to stories of your life in the past and ideas about the future that you want to live. Know that in this moment all is healed and healing. Healing hugs of new desire.
