Meditation.
The power of our meditation and healing is the primary vehicle for our spiritual consciousness to be linked with our heart and our soul consciousness. It requires consistent healing to keep ourselves in this state of awareness as we can drop down or be dragged to mundane awareness of desires in the material consciousness. Today let’s connect to the beginning of the light body, the aura, the Prana maya kosh and see rays of pink light entering our aura and black rays of light grounding into Mother Earth the residual energies that become food for other beings. Stay in this realm or idea or concept or vision to restore happiness and gratitude for your life and all the others. Practice meditative silence in this moment of solitude and vision to take your attention to exactly where it is needed. Making it a witness to exactly what all is going on inside and knowing and instructing all that is happening outside. Watch your thoughts as they rise and fall and know that the energies of your aura body also move with your thoughts. The quality and awareness of your true thoughts and their duration is what takes you to the depth of true participation with the self. Remain with the vision of the pink light and stay connected to the river of light flowing from your feet into Mother Earth till the black rays become pink. You are completely healed. You can repeat this vision many times a day. Connect to this meditation as often as you want. It is for life.
