The unfolding chapters of time have consistently woven a narrative of experiences, challenges and growth, and a mere change in the digits of the year can lead to transformation in the tapestry of our destinies.
While 2023 was a year full of spot-on predictions about various arrays like gold, oil, lithium, space missions, etc., – we have also gratefully been consistently right about our analysis’ of the previous years. It indeed is the most beautiful time of the year, and we are here to add to it by guiding you through the start of a new chapter and journey. Here’s India’s leading Astro-Numerologist Sanjay B Jumaani’s take on the unveiling of 2024, or should we say “ ’24 ”?

Kal kisne dekha hai? But, they rightfully say, ‘Numbers are the closest we can get to the handwriting of God.’ Flashing back, we were the sole predictors of the gruesome troubles that unraveled in 2020, when we mentioned in 2019 itself that China would unfortunately be a cause of concern in 2020. This was way before anyone was familiarized with the Coronavirus.
In the same video, we had also regarded 2021 and 2022 as years of recovery, peace and revival – and we were blessed to be right about those evaluations.
Moreover, we stamped 2023 to be a year wherein progress progressed and life continued to return back to normalcy. Gladly so, we are proud that our predictions saw the light at the end of the tunnel and that several topics we touched upon went on to grow or decline in the direction suggested by numbers.
While we had predicted the launch of special space missions, exploration of the outer world and also the possibility of aliens exploring us in 2023, we were proven right when Chandrayaan was launched and multiple UFO sightings also took place. Moreover, Alien bodies were also DNA tested in Mexico in 2023.
On the other hand, 2024 = 8, ruled by Saturn (Shani), the Lord of Trials and Judgement. It is the only planet that governs three zodiac signs – Capricorn, Aquarius and Libra. As already aware, Saturn is the slowest planet, and is hence known to cause delays or misfortune.
A fair warning – every number has two sides, just like a coin. No number is lucky or unlucky, because if this was the case, then only those ruled by unlucky numbers would be found behind bars.
Feared by many, preferred by few, it does for you what’s best for you. Saturn first puts you through trials and tests and then, in its own unique way – rewards or punishes you. For this reason, karma is the key for those ruled by #8.
Number 8 is often known as the number of patience, which teaches you discipline, judgement and order to protect you from the evil.
Having said that, it’s now time to seize every moment of what may feel like a slow-paced year compared to the previous fast-paced, racer years. Are you ready to embark on the journey of what numbers have to say about the New Year? Meaning, jog it out and don’t sprint or you could lose steam!

Weather
We have been consistent in predictions about the weather ever since we started annual prediction videos and articles.
Unfortunately, our warnings for earthquakes had to be taken seriously because in the beginning of 2023 itself, Turkey-Syria were hurdled by a dangerous earthquake that reinvited itself within a gap of a few days. The impact of the earthquake in Morocco on 8th September was very painful as well.
As for ’24, we hope we are wrong, but there are chances for wildfires. Again, Earthquake is on the radar more prominently. Because it is an extreme year, we may be able to see record-breaking temperatures too. While Saturn is extremely cold from the outside, its core is equally hot. It has a pretty violent, windy and stormy climate, so you know what to expect. Air Quality Index can hit the records too owing to Saturn’s gaseous nature.
Industries
In 2023, as predicted, creative industries mostly flourished, Authors, writers and movie-makers did extremely well. Moreover, we also predicted a special year for Banking, Finance and Insurance, and guess what? So many banks outdid themselves. Service industry as predicted witnessed the highest growth in 13 years. Import-Export, AI, Technology, Digital Revolution and Luxury Vehicles – all performed extremely well, as expected. Most importantly, Neptune being a spiritual governor, there was a 70% rise in spiritual tourism in 2023 (7). The alcohol industry as predicted also saw profits, and its license fee was scrapped internationally too. Moreover, in dry state Gujarat, for the first time ever a zone started permitting liquor sales.
With regards to ’24, Real Estate and Infrastructure will see a growth, hence, simultaneously, so will Engineering, Steel and Cement companies.
Judiciary and Law consulting firms will do well because Saturn is the Lord of Trials and Justice. The next 3 Big Three of 2024 would be AI, Quantum Computing and Biotechnology. The momentum of creative and service industries like medicine, healthcare, consultancy and spiritual tourism will continue, as well as the demand for normal and luxury vehicles. Prices for basic necessities like rice, grains, etc. will increase. Mining and farming will see major improvements this year. Hopefully farmers will get some respite through Government schemes for the poor.
Alternate energy, solar energy, green resources, bio-resources, renewable energy like Hydrogen-powered resources will also grow this year, since Saturn is a gas giant comprising of Hydrogen and Helium. Naturally-rich places like hilly and mountainous locations can garner tourism, because Saturn is considered to be private and reserved. Hence, there can be a spike in reservations for resorts, spas and retreats. Quieter and calmer places like the Himalayas can be a point of excursions. Philanthropy, charity work, animal-care organisations and NGO’s can also do well since 8 is not exactly a materialistic number.
Oil
We have been predicting about oil for the past two years and that too, accurately.
When nobody had even imagined or thought of oil, humari prediction ke baad Oil went on to break its own records in 2022 and crossed 14 year highs. But, for 2023 we had said that it will certainly grow but not as much as the previous year, which ended up being the case.
Our prediction about alternate energies also deemed true. India found 5.1 million tonnes of Lithium reserves in 2023, with the help of which batteries were made and hence we became less dependent on fuel. The verdict is that this year too, oil will spill its mark and see an escalation.
General
We often tell those ruled by numbers 4 or 8 to refrain from gambling and intra-day trading, and the whole of the coming year is ruled by 8. So, especially this year, avoid short-term trading. If you drown the money you have earned with your hard work, then you will end up in debt.
There are chances of increase in corruption and scams. “Scam 2024” web series seems like a possibility, though I hope I am wrong. Try to obey the rules and don’t mess with Law and Order. This year, court cases and penal actions can also increase. Many people will be brought to book.
Geopolitical tensions also seem to increase this year, more than the couple of previous years, unfortunately.
Entertainment
Just as expected, the entertainment sector continued to live up to the hype created in 2022. With blockbusters like Jawan, Animal, Rocky-Rani, Gadar 2 and so many more, we were delighted to see this prediction hit the nail.
Shah Rukh Khan released 3 movies in his lucky year 2023 (7), as his ruler #2 and #7 are like two sides of the same coin. Moreover, Pathaan (which also totals to 7) and Jawan both released on 7 number dates as well.
Libra (6) governed Ranbir Kapoor gave Animal (15) in his lucky 42nd (6) year, which was also deemed by many as his best performance. His wife Alia Bhatt and daughter Raha Kapoor are also ruled by his lucky #6!
We also predicted a 2nd baby for Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharm, 2 years ago! This is because Anushka is in her lucky 37th year whereas Virat in his 36Th. In fact, we also predicted their first baby Vamika, well before they believed they would have a baby soon.
As for ’24, 8 represents Art, Creativity and Media. So, films, theatres, plays and dramas, OTT and TV subscriptions should also see an incline.
Metals
Right from 2019 to 2023, except for 2021, we gave our thumbs up to invest in Gold. All these years saw an upside except ironically 2021, which got our thumbs down! Our prediction for Silver improving and performing better than 2022 was also true.
The tip of this year is to buy Gold whenever there is a dip and a chance, because Gold is set to outshine itself in 2024!
Where to Invest
For 2023, we had said that Sensex would see ups and downs but would end on the higher side, and it ended up crossing its all-time records. For real estate, we said its momentum would continue.
This year, Real Estate should do pretty well, because Saturn governs everything related to the Earth. So investments in property or land could be beneficial, of course, if pockets permit.
Quite a few red lines can be seen with regards to SENSEX, and in the year ruled by Saturn, we would strongly not encourage investments in short-term trading. Brace for a market-crash, I hope I am wrong.
A correction in the world indices is due; like Warren Buffet (with whom I share my Birthday) says, ‘Buy when there is blood on the streets!’.
There could be a few such moments specially, perhaps in the first quarter itself when shares costing 1 Rupee could be available for 60 paisa.
This would be the time for those willing to buy and wait patiently. If kept for long term, I wouldn’t call this speculation, it would translate into investment instead.
India and Economy
In 2019 (3), we said that India’s growth story had begun and it would eventually become a ‘Sone ki Chidiya’.
This year too, India won’t be as affected as other nations and would remain one of the fastest growing major economies.
2025 (9) would be another landmark year when we would be in our 78th (6) year of Independence. India adds to 12 (3, Jupiter), while Bharat adds to 15 (6, Venus), so 3, 6 and 9 being a family of numbers are lucky for India.
The World
On a global scale, there could be a catastrophe in routine functioning. There are chances of experiencing an economic turmoil, I sincerely hope I’m wrong.
2025 could see economic cracks in USA, which could be felt from the second half of 2024 itself. There could be some cracks and problems in the coming 2 years.
People to do Well
As said always, those born on any date can usually excel if their current age is the same as their principal Number. Example, a double #2 (2/3/1950=2) Savitri Jindal became the richest woman of India in her 74th (2) year!
It could be an extreme year for those ruled by 4, Uranus, or 8, Saturn, unless they are in their lucky years. And extreme could either mean very good or very bad – hoping for the former. Those ruled by 1 (Sun), 3 (Jupiter), 5 (Mercury) or 6 (Venus) could have a comparatively better year.
Aquarians, Capricorns and those born on the 8th, 17th or 26th of any month could have such kind of an ‘extreme’ year as well, depending on their efforts and karmas.
Health, Colours and Gems
Saturn often tends to attract sadness, anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking and depression. Nerve-related problems with legs and feet are also something to be extra cautious of.
The lucky colours this year would be Yellow, Grey, Blue, Violet, Purple and Mauve. So try to incorporate more of these colours in your daily life. This year, try to avoid Black (especially) and Red as much as possible.
The favourite gem of the year would be Amethyst. It helps in retrieving lost savings or stuck property, getting rid of bad-debts, in de-addiction, and overall well-being. It improves confidence and focus as well; whilst keeping away the evil eye and sleep problems too. It helps curb depression and nerve problems, which are unfortunately on the cards this year.
Size could vary, even a small 2-inch or palm-sized crystal would do, or depending on your budget, a larger 3 to 6 feet tall crystal. The smaller sizes are pretty reasonable and pocket-friendly, and one must incorporate it not just this but every year.
Write ‘24
2024 totals to 8, Saturn, the Lord of Trials. Our strongest recommendation this year would be to write “ ’24 “ instead of the whole “2024”, because ’24 is a very powerful octave of number 6, Venus, the planet of love, peace, harmony and entertainment. It is a very good number from a materialistic standpoint too.
