New Delhi: India is leading a strong fight against the deadly pandemic Covid-19. It’s because of Centre’s strategic ‘Test, Track and Treat’ approach that the recovery rate is constantly on the uptrend.

The country has till date recorded more than 36 lakh Corona cases, out of which more than 28 lakh have recovered. Recovery rate has now jumped to 77% almost.

The Health Ministry says that increasing recoveries have ensured that the actual caseload of the country has reduced and currently comprises only 21.29 per cent of the total positive cases.

The Health Ministry said that average daily recovered cases week wise have grown 4 times from 15,000 in 1st week of July to 61,000 in last week of August.

In a tweet, the Ministry said, the steep rise in COVID19 recoveries indicates that India’s collaborative, graded and evolving response strategy has borne results.
