AAP releases list of all 70 candidates for Delhi Assembly polls
New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) released the list of candidates for all 70 seats for Delhi Assembly elections. 46 sitting MLAs have been given tickets again, 15 sitting MLAs have been replaced and 9 seats that were vacant have been given to new candidates.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will contest from New Delhi while Deputy CM Manish Sisodia to contest from Patparganj.
AAP Candidates for 70 Assembly Seats:
The document released by the party’s political affairs committee named Manish Sisodia as the candidate from Patparganj, Satyendra Jain from Shakur Basti, Jitendra Tomar from Tri Nagar, Jarnail Singh from Tilak Nagar, Atishi from Kalkaji and SK Bagga from Krishna Nagar constituencies.

Raghav Chaddha will contest from Rajinder Nagar while Atishi will fight from Kalkaji. Durgest Pathak will contest from Karawal Nagar from where AAP rebel Kapil Mishra had won in 2015.
The Delhi assembly elections are scheduled for February 8, and the votes will be counted three days later on 11 February. The Election Commission has already enforced the model code of conduct for the polls, which will see the ruling AAP facing off against the Congress and BJP.
