New Delhi: Canvassing for the Assembly elections is on its peak, with all parties making last-minute appeal to electorate. For the BJP, not just Delhi unit but also a few state chief ministers are campaigning in the national capital.

Tripura chief minister Biplab Deb today lambasted Kejriwal government for ‘misleading and mis-governing’ Delhi.

Kejriwal’s lies exposed, says Biplab Deb

Taking swipe at Kejriwal’s reciting of Hanuman Chalisa, Tripura CM wrote on Twitter, “Kejriwal,” if you resort to Shaheen Bagh like incidents, even reciting Hanuman Chalisa won’t yield any results, people of Delhi won’t forgive you. It’s because of your deeds that you are being forced to sing Hanuman Chalisa.”

“Arvind Kejriwal, you face and conduct represents fraud. This is why you are trying to portray yourself as a Hindu and a Hindustani. If you incite protests like Shaheen Bagh and speak the language of Pakistan, people of Delhi won’t forgive you. Even reciting Hanuman Chalisa won’t make any difference as people will see you with suspicion,” Tripura CM said.

Biplab campaigns for BJP in Delhi polls

Like UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Biplab Deb is among the star campaigners who have taken the onus of dislodging the AAP government from power by impressing upon people aware of its ‘fake governance’.

Tripura CM is making a conscious effort to woo the Bengali electorate in the national capital. He addressed many such gatherings and urged them to vote for BJP in the upcoming assembly elections.

Addressing a gathering of Bengali community, Biplab Deb said, “People of Delhi are tired of AAP govt and are desperately looking for change under Narendra Modi’s leadership.”
