AHSEC Assam Board HS 12th Result 2020 announced at ahsec.nic.in; check here

New Delhi: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has declared AHSEC 12th result 2020. AHSEC has announced Assam HS Result 2020 for all streams (Commerce, Vocational, Arts, and Science) on the official websites, ahsec.nic.in and resultsassam.nic.in.

This year, AHSEC 12th result date has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Last year, the Assam HS results were released on May 25.

The total number of candidates who appeared this year is 1,68,367, the passing percentage is 78.28%. This year’s topper Pubali Deka, Shraddha Bogohain has topped with 481/500 or 96.2%

Step 1: Visit official website of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council: ahsec.nic

Step 2: Search for the tab ‘Assam HS Result 2020’ and click on it

Step 3: On the new window, enter the required details like roll number and date of birth

Step 4: Submit your details

Step 5: The Assam Board Class 12th Result 2020 will be displayed on the screen

Step 6: Take a printout of Assam 12th Result 2020, Assam HS Class 12 Result 2020 for future reference

Girls outshine boys in all streams

Girls have again outperformed boys in Assam Board 12th Result 2020. This year, the pass percentage of girls in all there stream – arts, science and commerce is higher than boys. Among arts students, pass percentage of girls was 93.85% while for boys it was 89.55%.In commerce stream, girls had a pass percentage of 94.33% in comparison to boys 91.09%.In Science stream, girls had a pass percentage of 94.33% in comparison to boys 91.09%
