CISF invites applications for 1149 constable post from across India; application process starts today

Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has started the online registration process for recruitment to the post of Constable/Fire on Saturday i.e. on January 29, 2022.

New Delhi: Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has begun the online registration process for recruitment to the post of Constable/Fire on Saturday i.e. on January 29, 2022. The last date for submitting the application form for the post has been set for March 4, 2022. Eligible candidates can apply for the post on the official site of CISF on cisfrectt.in.

Eligibility Criteria for candidates

Applications have been demanded a total of 1149 vacancies across the country. Interested candidates need to be 12th class passed or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board/University with science subject. The age limit to fill the application form is required to be between 18 to 23 years.

Reportedly, Bihar has 123 vacancies which are the highest among the states, followed by Uttar Pradesh (112), and Assam (103).

Selection Process for posts

The recruitment process for the posts starts with the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), followed by Physical Standard Test (PST), and Written Examination under OMR/Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode, Document Verification (DV), and Medical Examination (DME/RME). Candidates who clear PET/PST and Written Examination will be called to complete further process based on the State and category wise merit lists namely Un-reserved, SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and ESM.

Step 2: Click on ”Log in” button appearing on the homepage

Step 3: Now click on the New ”Registration” button

Step 4: Start filling in your Basic details, Additional and contact details, and Declaration.

The application fee is zero for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation. Those who do not come under reserved section need to pay Rs 100 as application fees.
