New Delhi: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has announced the date sheet of HP State Open School (HPSOS) class 10 and 12 practical exams. The Class 10, 12 practical exams would be conducted in next 2 days from September 24 to October 1.

Candidates appearing from the Class 10 and Class 12 practical examinations can download the date sheet online from the official website hpbose.org.

The HPSOS Class 10 practical exams will be held on Sept 24, 25 while Class 12 practical exams will be conducted from 28 September to 3 October. The exams will be carried out in 2 shifts, first from 9 am to 12 noon, and the afternoon session from 2 pm to 5 pm.

According to a report in DNA, Board President Dr Suresh Kumar Soni said that the date sheet of the practical examination and the necessary guidelines have been uploaded on the board website hpbose.org.

The Practical Examination of SOS candidates will be conducted of for only those students, who have been declared fail or remained absent in the previous practical examination of the subjects.

All safety precautions would be exercised while allowing students to appear for practical examinations. The Board has already issued guidelines which the schools will have to follow while conducting the practical exams.

As per Covid-19 norms and guidelines, the schools will have to maintain social distancing norms in the sitting arrangements while the use of face masks and sanitizers would be mandatory for all candidates, invigilators and support staff.
