JEE Main 2020: Answer key released at jeemain.nta.nic.in, here’s direct link to check

Students who have appeared in the JEE Mains examination can check the answer key and challenge it online.

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Tuesday released the Answer Key today. The answer key has been released on the official site of NTA JEE at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Students who have appeared in the JEE Mains examination can check the answer key and challenge it online at jeemain.nta.nic.in on or before September 10, 2020, until 10 am.

A notice regarding this has been uploaded on the agency’s official website.

“Candidates are required to pay online a sum of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) Non-Refundable as processing fee for each question challenged. The payment of the processing fee may be made through, Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking upto 05.00 PM on 10.09.2020. The processing fee will not be refunded even if the challenge is found correct,” reads the official notice.

How to check the JEE Mains 2020 answer key:

  • Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in
  • On the homepage, click on the link that reads, “JEE mains answer key 2020”
  • A new page will appear on the display screen
  • Key in your credentials and login
  • The JEE Main answer key will appear on the display screen

After the answer key is downloaded, students can raise objections against it. To raise objections against the answer key candidates will again have to follow these simple steps.

  • Visit the official site of JEE Main at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  • Click on the link available ‘Challenge Answer Key’ on the home page.
  • Select an option (Through Application Number and Password or Through Application Number and Date of Birth) for login.
  • Enter the required details in the space provided.
  • Select the required questions against which you want to raise objections.
  • Save your claim and proceed for the payment.

Once the objections are raised, the Agency will go through the objections and after making the changes would release the final answer key. The result would also be released soon after the final answer key. For more related details candidates can visit the official site of JEE Main.
