Medical Exam 2021: Examinations for medical courses in the Maharashtra from June 10

The medical exams to be conducted in the state include the courses – MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, B.Sc. HMS, BPTH, B.O. T.H. and B.Sc.

New Delhi: Maharashtra’s Minister for Medical Education, Amit Deshmukh announced on Wednesday that the examinations for medical students in the state will now start from June 10. The exams were previously scheduled to start from June 2 will now be held from June 10 to 30. Deshmukh who is also the Chancellor of the University of Health Sciences, spoke to the media in Mumbai on Wednesday.

Regarding the examinations of medical students’ examinations, the Controller of Examinations of the University of Health Sciences, said that the decision was taken after a discussion with Ajit Pathak at the Mantralaya in Mumbai on May 19.

The medical exams to be conducted in the state include the courses – MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, B.Sc. HMS, BPTH, B.O. T.H. and B.Sc. The degree examinations in nursing include the first, second and third year examinations. Apart from these, the govt. has also decided to conduct Modern Mid Level Service Provider Course and Certificate Course in Pharmacology during the same period.

Maharashtra recorded 28,438 new cases on Tuesday with the seven 7-day average of the state going down to 36,000 cases. Maharashtra has been under various restriction since the starting of April and number of new cases have started going down in the state.
