New Delhi: It’s the season of results. The Punjab School Board of Education (PSEB) on Friday declared the results for Class 10. This comes, a day after three states Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan & Uttarakhand announced the results for Class 10th & 12th of the respective boards.
The Punjab Board released the Class 10th results on the official portal – pseb.ac.in. Students who appeared for examinations can also check the results via SMS service.
The PSEB Board held a press conference to announce the Class 10th results. This year, the overall pass percentage stood at 97.54%. Gagandeep Kaur emerged as the topper of PSEB Board Class 10 exams.
Students can also check their results & marksheets on private websites if face any glitch on the official portal. They can feed their roll number on private portals like IndiaResult (indiaresult.com) to check results, which can be further verified on PSEB official website.
The examinations for PSEB Class 10th was held March 24 to April 20, at various exam centres across the state. Around 3 lakh students had appeared for Class 10 examinations in the state. All the papers were of 3 hours leaving a few subjects like computer science, physical education & Sports.
PSEB 10th Result 2023: How to check results online
• Step 1: Visit the official PSEB portal – pseb.ac.in
• Step 2: Go to homepage, click on PSEB Class 10th result link
• Step 3: Enter your roll number/registration number in the login window
• Step 4: PSEB 10th class result will display after valid credentials
• Step 5: Download the copy and keep a printout for later stage
Students who failed to pass Class 10th PSEB exams have also provision of appearing in supplementary exam. Those unhappy with Class 10 marks can also apply for re-evaluation of their answer sheet by paying some requisite fees.
