New Delhi: Under the new military Agnipath scheme, the registration process for the first batch of Agniveers for the Indian Air Force (IAF) has been started today i.e, June 24. The examination process for the first batch will start on July 24, according to Air Marshal SK Jha.
In a press conference on June 19, Sk Jha said, ”The Phase 1 online examination process will be started on July 24. The first batch would be enrolled by December and training would commence by December 30.”
On the enrollment process, the IAF issued a statement, ”Endeavour will be made to enroll candidate as Agniveers from all parts of the nation, utilising contemporary technology, specialized rallies, and campus interviews at recongnised technical institutes such as industrial training insititues, NSQF etc.”

Interested candidates must have class 10th or matriculation passing certificate, intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent mark sheet or 3 years Engineering Diploma Final Year Mark Sheet and Matriculation mark sheet or 2 years Vocational course mark sheet and marks sheets of non-vocational.

Candidates who are in the age group 17.5 years to 21 years
Indian Air Force Agnipath Recruitment 2022 selection criteria:
Selection of the candidates begins with the online test, followed by Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Adaptability Test-I, Adaptability Test-II and Medical Examination. The candidates applying for the recruitment policy will have to pay exam fee of Rs. 250 via debit cards/credit cards/internet banking or challan payment at any Axis Bank Branch.
