New Delhi: The Class 10th & 12th results of Uttar Pradesh Board were declared today and much like last year, the girls outperformed boys in performance.
This year, Priyanshi Soni has topped the UP Board Class 10 examinations by scoring 98.33% marks. Second & third toppers are named as Kushagra Pandey & Mishkat Noor.
Priyanshi Soni, having topped the Class Xth examinations, has become a household name & also a talking point on the social media. Her parents are elated & thrilled over her stellar performance and becoming the highest rank holder in state.
Though, pass percentage for Class Xth results is yet to come, the girls had outsmarted boys last year also. In 2022, girls had a pass percentage of 91.68% while boys stood at 85.25%. Though, the top spot was held by Prince Patel from Patel with 97.67% but the second rank was held by two girls named Sanksriti Thakur from Moradabad & Kiran Kushwaha from Kanpur, having tied the scores at 97.50%.

Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) declared the UP Board Results 2023 for Class 10 and 12 today.
Students who have appeared for the examinations can check their results on the official website at — upmsp.edu.in and upresults.nic.in.
According to official data, a total of over 58 lakh students had appeared for UP board exams in 2023. Out of this, 31,16,487 students had appeared in Class 10 exams.
