Aamir Khan’s sister Nikhat Khan set to mark her TV debut with ‘Banni Chow Home Delivery’

The serial is expected to stream on the Star Plus channel, as well as the OTT platform Disney Plus Hotstar

New Delhi: Bollywood director and producer Tahir Hussain’s daughter Nikhat Khan, is all set to mark her television debut soon.

Nikhat is known in the industry for helping her father produce his first venture ‘Tum Mere Ho’ in 1990, which featured actor Aamir Khan in the lead role opposite Juhi Chawla.

According to the news reports, Nikhat is gearing up for her upcoming TV serial ‘Banni Chow Home Delivery’. The serial is expected to stream on Star Plus channel, as well as OTT platform Disney Plus Hotstar.

The daily soap features Ulka Gupta and Pravisht Mishra in lead roles where the former plays the character of an orphan.

Apart from Nikhat, Rajendra Chawla, Harsh Vashisht, Vishal Puri, Parvati Sehgal, Ayush Anand, Pooja Singh, and others will be seen in supporting roles.

The plot of the film is adapted the daily soap opera ‘Khukumoni’, which was showcased on Star Jalsa Bengali.

For the unknown, actor Aamir Khan and Faisal Khan are siblings to Nikhat, who is also the aunt of actor Imraan Khan.

The plot of the series revolves around an orphan girl who delivers food from home-to-home to earn wages.

The lead actor Ulka Gupta is an Indian actress who was last seen in Hindi daily soap ‘Jhansi Ki Rani’. After a long gap of six years, the actress is back on the screen. Ulka has worked in numerous regional and Bollywood films.

Coming back to the show, it will go on air from 30th May onwards at 9 pm.
