The 25-year-old actress, who is often seen sharing her fitness videos on her Instagram handle, has inspired many by drawing them towards a healthy lifestyle. From her Yoga sessions to her gym training, Alya has always kept providing her fans with a variety of fitness content on her social media handles.
However, the fitness freak’s recently dropped post didn’t go well with her fans and even got the actress trolled and schooled by them. In the controversial video, Alya showcased her unforgiving fitness regime by taking brutal punches on her belly from her gym trainer.

As the video begins, we see Alya standing next to a wooden wall with her hands behind her neck while her trainer smacks her abdomen with sharp punches. Throughout the video, the tough actress is seen trying to endure the pain and maintain her posture. By the end it the clip, we see Aliya laugh and walk away from the camera.
