
New Delhi: The trailer of the much-awaited film Brahmastra has been released. ‘Brahmastra- Part 1: Shiva’ is the first part of Ayan Mukherji’s Astraverse. The film features a star-studded cast with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy.
The first part follows Shiva (Ranbir Kapoor), a young man and the protagonist, who is on the brink of epic love, with a girl named Isha (Alia Bhatt). But their world is turned upside down because Shiva learns that he has a mysterious connection to the Brahmāstra and a great power of Fire. He goes on a journey to discover his destiny as the Divine Hero of the universe.
Brahmastra will be a series of three films featuring ancient Indian astras. Ahead of the trailer release Ayan Mukherji, the director of the film, also announced that the film has an extended cameo by Shah Rukh Khan.

The making of the film started back in 2017, and since then there has been a lot of hype and suspense around the film. The first part of the Brahmastra trilogy will release on September 9, 2022.
