New Delhi: Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao, one of the most iconic power couples in Bollywood announced their divorce on July 3, after 15 years of ‘blissful’ marriage.
Their fans are yet to recover from the shock of their separation but the couple themselves look far relaxed and content. Today, they shared a video from Ladakh, where they shook a leg with the locals.
But, the question everywhere is asking – is this the fake side of actor Aamir Khan? Separations are not an easy thing to deal with and it is bound to hurt the two persons emotionally and socially but Aamir & Kiran could be seen having a gala time in the hilly region. Even, if they have come to terms with their separation, they owe a certain responsibility towards society. The actor talks about probity & propriety but takes no restraint in eroding the social fabric.
Justifying their divorce, creating positive vibes
In their joint statement, the couple said that they wanted to ‘begin a new chapter in our lives — no longer as husband and wife, but as co-parents and family for each other.’
Recently, they released a video where they are seen cheerful and all smiles and have no feeling of sadness or regret for what happened. They are rather consoling their fans to not get sad or gloomy for their separation.

Aamir’s PR firm pressurized scribes for ‘positive reporting’
Kamaal R Khan has made critical observations and shocking allegations on Aamir-Kiran’s divorce. The actor alleges that Aamir Khan’s PR firm Spice coerced and pressurized journalists and scribes to do ‘positive reporting’ on his divorce. He claims that the actor wanted divorce news to spread like he was heading for some Oscar nomination/award. He says that the actor’s firm threatened the journalists that if they don’t follow it, they would be barred from any information on the actor in future.
Aamir’s alleged link-up with young co-actor is talk of town
Aamir met Kiran Rao in 2001 on the sets of Lagaan and got married four years later. Earlier, he was married to Reena Dutta for 16 years and got divorced in 2002.
Now, the gossip mills are working overtime over Aamir’s alleged relationship with a young co-actor he recently worked in one of his home productions.
Owing to his association with multiple women in his life, he looks more of colourful personality who loves the company of opposite sex and makes no bones in going after his love interest.
