New Delhi: The Bebo of Bollywood apart from her amazing acting skills is also known to be a fitness freak. Kareena Kapoor Khan keeps on sharing some of the yoga poses on her Instagram diaries. The 40-years-old actress not only inspired the nation through her stereotype-breaking body size but also her kids and her husband.
Kareena took to her Instagram on October 28, to share a picture of her younger son Jeh, busy doing a downward dog yoga pose. It can be surely said that the star-kid is following his mother’s footsteps. Jeh’s face is not visible in the picture but he is seen wearing an indigo-coloured t-shirt and gray pants.
Sharing the picture, Kareena captioned it as, “Downward Dog Yoga runs in the family you see♀️#8 months Pike position #Mera Beta ❤️.”

To this, her sister Karishma Kapoor commented showering love for the little Jeh. She stated, “❤️❤️❤️ our jaan.”
Recently, Kareena Kapoor Khan was spotted with her husband, Saif Ali Khan, and her two kids, Taimur and Jehangir at a private jet terminal. Reportedly, they took off for a vacation to a location that has not been revealed yet.
However, the actress gave a hint to her fans on Wednesday by posting a story on Instagram of herself post her “Desert Run.” The story shows Kareena standing in front of a palace-like structure. It is evident that she is glowing post her run and is seen wearing a sports bra.
