New Delhi: Veteran Film Maker Karan Johar who is known for his films, shows and a unique sense of style in the film industry was taken a back after he came across one of the comedy shows in the National television where he saw one of the comedians mimicking him to entertain the fans. The director find it too disrespectful and sad and shared a story in his Instagram handle.
The show was ‘Madness Machayenge India ko Hasayenge’. The Comedian Kettan Singh is seen mimicking Karan Johar in the show, many a times recreating his Koffee with Karan style.

Indian Television Producer Ekta Kapoor also came forward in Karan Johar’s Support and said “ugly humour on shows”. “Karan, please ask them to imitate one movie or classic of yours,” She goes on to say that this is ugly humour, then they expect you to attend their shows.
As the issue ignited, the comedian Kettan Singh issued an apology and said “I would like to apologise to Karan sir. First of all, whatever impersonation I do, because I watch a lot of Karan Johar on the coffee show, I am a fan of his work. I have seen his latest film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani 5 to 6 times. I am a huge fan of his work and his show.”
He further added that “If my actions hurt him, I would like to apologise to him. My intention was not to hurt him. I just wanted to entertain the audience but if I did something extra, I would like to say sorry to him.”
