The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Monday (December 13, Monday) said that actors Kareena Kapoor Khan & Amrita Arora have tested positive for coronavirus.
Actors had violated COVID norms & attended several parties, said BMC.
BMC has ordered people, who came in contact with the two actors, to undergo RT-PCR test.
It is also said that both the actors-Kareena and Amrita might be super-spreaders of the virus.
Recently, the duo was spotted attending a a get-together hosted by Anil Kapoor’s daughter Rhea Kapoor. Malaika Arora, Karisma Kapoor, and Masaba Gupta were also present.
Recently, Kareena also shared a picture with veteran actor Jeetendra’s son and actor Tushar Kapoor. Some kids were also spotted in the fram.
She had captioned the picture “Hamleys is a forever favourite.”

On the work front, Kareena will be seen in Laal Singh Chaddha with Aamir Khan. The fill will be released on 14 April 2022. The film is the official Hindi adaptation of the Academy Award-winning ‘Forrest Gump’.
Earlier, actor Amit Sadh was also infected with COVID-19, which he had confirmed in a social media post. He had said that he was observing home quarantine.
Few days back, actor Urmila Matondkar had also tested positive for COVID-19.
