New Delhi: Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 saw the 14-year-old contestant Amitoj Singh successfully answering the Rs 25 lakh question on Thursday. However, the champ failed to answer the Rs 50 lakh question asked by the host, Amitabh Bachchan during the show.

Amitoj Singh successfully answered the 13th question and won the amount of Rs 25 lakh on the show. The question that made him win the amount was, “According to the Matsya Purana, from whom did Kacha, the son of Devguru Brihaspati, get the mritsanjeevini vidya, the knowledge of bringing a dead person back to life?” The options were Rishi Angiras, Lord Shankar, Rishi Shukracharya, and Rishi Parashurama. The participant used his last lifeline ‘Ask The Expert’ to answer the question. The correct answer was Rishi Shukracharya.

Amitoj Singh was unable to answer the 14th question which was for Rs 50 lakh. The question was Which is the biggest glacier in the world, located in Antarctica?”

The options were Chenega, Lambert, Darwin, and Furtwangler. Unable to answer the question Amitoj decided to quit the game. After he took the decision, Amitabh Bachchan revealed the correct answer which was Lambert.

In a promo shared by Sony Entertainment Television’s official website, Amitoj was seen telling Big B that he loves to eat and that his favourite foods are halwa and gulab jamun. He also stated, “We are Punjabis, we can eat diet food for max two days, but we can’t start our day without paratha.” Amitoj shared about his love for space and how he likes stargazing through his telescope especially in winter.
