New Delhi: Irrfan Khan, an actor par excellence with an impressive array of roles under his belt, died today at the age of 53, triggering an outpouring of condolences.
Noted for his illustrious roles in movies like Paan Singh Tomar, Lunchbox, Maqbool, Piku, Haasil, Salaam Bombay!, Talvar, the actor carved a niche for himself in the industry.
The veteran actor penned an emotional poem and shared it via Instagram. His poem has left his fans teary-eyed.
Khan was diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour in 2018, and had been under medical attention for the same. It was around this time, the Bollywood actor had quoted poet Rainer Maria Rilke in one of his social media posts which also happened to be his last Instagram update.
