New Delhi: Rakhi Sawant’s mother Jaya Sawant is battling cancer and currently undergoing treatment including chemotherapy sessions. The Reality TV star recently gave a shout-out to ‘good brother’ Salman Khan and sought his help in addressing the medical needs of her mother.

She also requested her fans to pray for her mother’s swift recovery.
“Please pray for mom, she is undergoing cancer treatment,” Rakhi posted on Instagram along with a picture of her mother from a chemotherapy session.

In today’s video, Rakhi’s mother informs that she has already undergone 2 chemotherapy sessions and is required to go few more before the real treatment begins for the dreaded disease.
In an emotional video, the mother-daughter were full of praise for Salman Khan and his brothers, apparently after receiving some form of aid from the actor.
