Here are some of the reviews given by different celebrities :

A glimpse at the story:

It begins with a small-town girl who wants to play badminton and whose parents genuinely took loans just to buy shuttlecocks for their daughter. And in the end, she goes ahead to become the world’s number one champion.

This in a real sense, is the quintessential longshot poverty to newfound wealth story, mixed with some business components just to bring out feelings from the crowd. In one of the interviews, the director Amole Gupte also said, “Saina Nehwal’s story is a thaali of emotions and it’s difficult to go wrong when someone’s life has the graph of rising, fall, and redemption.”

Director managed to fit 30 years of Saina Nehwal within 2 hours 14 minutes of the time span that included all the important events she experienced throughout her life, while excluding some of the events that don’t need such attention.

It’s not only sports but also an inspiring story that speaks about all the sacrifices and hard work she did during her journey to become the world champion. The audience can relate by cheering up at her peak and by feeling emotional at her low.
