New Delhi: The trailer of Taapsee Pannu and Tahir Raj Bhasin starrer ‘Loop Lapeta’ has been launched by Netflix on Thursday. The launch date was decided by the public as Netflix had given an option a day ago on Instagram to choose the date between January 13 and January 24.
Pannu will be seen as Savi, while Bhasin is playing Satya, boyfriend of Savi in ‘Loop Lapeta’. It is a story of a girl who needs Rs 50 lakh in 50 minutes to save her ‘’useless boyfriend’’, as per the Instagram post of Taapsee Pannu.
Reportedly, Satya landed in a mess after being involved in an illegal business at the casino.

Coming on Netflix:
‘Loop Lapeta’ has been directed by debutant Aakash Bhatia and produced by Sony Pictures Films India, Ellipsis Entertainment, and Aayush Maheshwari. The comedy thriller film will be released on Netflix on February 4.
Bhasin praised the director for his unique style stamp and said the film is going to be a ‘’crazy roller-coaster of an entertainer’’, as per media reports.

Remake of German film ‘Run Lola Run’
‘Loop Lapeta’ is a Hindi remake of the German film ‘Run Lola Run’, which was released in 1988. ‘Run Lola Run’s story also revolves around a woman who has been given a task to arrange 100,000 Deutsche Mark in 20 minutes to save her boyfriend.
Besides, Pannu has other projects in her hand such as Haseen Dillruba, Rashmi Rocket, and Tamil film Annabelle Sethupathi.
