Incessant rainfall in Hyderabad created an urban flood situation in the city and threw the life out of gear. As the situation turned grim, 4 teams of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) have been pressed into service to tackle the situation.
NDRF teams rescued 22 persons and evacuated 1165 persons in Hyderabad & Rangareddy today. Evacuation operations are continuing as large number of citizens are trapped inside their houses and seeking help.
