
New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party MLA Somnath Bharti has been released from Sultanpur jail in UP on Tuesday. He came under ink attack in Rae Bareli on Monday and was later arrested for allegedly making objectionable remarks.
Two cases were registered against Amarnath and Rae Bareli against Somnath Bharti for allegedly making objectionable remarks against Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath
Somnath Bharti’s lawyer said that the court has granted bail to Somnath on the condition that he will not try to threaten and will be present in the court during the hearing.
After the release from the jail, AAP workers can be heard shouting slogans against UP CM Yogi and PM Modi.
