New Delhi: BJP’s Amit Malviya slammed AAP chief and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal alleging that he is instigating the farmer stir.
Taking it to Twitter, Amit Malviya wrote, Arvind Kejriwal instigating the farmer stir. But look at his duplicity…, Not only did AAP in Delhi notify the new farm laws, AAP in its 2017 Punjab manifesto had promised private push to agriculture markets and amending APMC to allow farmers to sell outside the state!

Arvind Kejriwal held a one-day fast in support of the farmers’ protest yesterday. Where addressing the people at the hunger strike Kejriwal said that Our farmers are in peril these days. Those who should be tilling their fields are sitting in the biting cold. But I’m happy people in the country including the army, lawyers, actors, doctors, are with them. We are with farmers too.
Senior Delhi government ministers and AAP MLAs, including Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, were sitting on a ‘hunger strike’ in support of farmers who are protesting against the Centre’s farm laws. Ministers Satyendar Jain, Gopal Rai, and party leader Aatishi Marlena are also present at the strike organised at the party headquarters.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today announced that the Aam Aadmi Party will contest the forthcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections in 2022.
“In eight years, the AAP formed government thrice in Delhi and has come out as main opposition in Punjab. We will fight Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections in 2022,” Kejriwal said. “Many brothers and sisters of Uttar Pradesh live in Delhi. When AAP formed govt third time in Delhi, then many people belonging to UP gave us suggestions that we should contest polls in the state. They said that they were unhappy from the present parties in the state,” he added.
