Amit Shah was accompanied by Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari.
Delhi assembly elections will be held on Feb 08. The counting of votes will be done on February 11.
The term of the 70-member Delhi assembly will end on February 22 and a new House has to be constituted before that.
