New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday announced to organize the UP Global Investors Summit (GIS) 2023 from February 10-12, in a bid to turn the state into growth engine of the country. Addressing eminent personalities at Sushma Swaraj Pravasi Bharatiya Bhawan in Delhi, CM Yogi invited global investors to set up enterprise in the state and become partners in growth.
While the Chief Minister was inaugurating logo, tagline & portal of GIS 2023 in the curtain raiser program, #VisionaryYogi started trending on Twitter and remained at top of the charts for whole day.
Not just those present at the curtain raiser event, many netizens also took to the social media to appreciate Yogi government’s focus & impetus on building & developing an entrepreneurial & business landscape in the state, by bringing investors from across the globe.
Till 1 PM afternoon, more than 18,000 users affirmed their faith in Yogi’s leadership and tweeted in support of the initiative by using #VisionaryYogi.
Yogi government has ambitious plans of transforming the state by making it a 1 trillion economy. For ushering in the change, the state government has brought about decisive change in its policy to enable more & more investors to set up base in the state and also make the environment investor-friendly. At least 25 policies have seen tweaked to make them more suitable to investors needs while some new policy have also been formulated.
Netizens were all praise for the Chief Minister as they hailed & welcome the path-breaking initiative by state government to bring ‘industrial revolution’ in the state. Many tweeted that this will herald the beginning of New UP, on lines of New India as imagined by the Prime Minister while others said this will help realize the aspirations & dreams of common man.
CM Yogi informed the eminent guests that state’s business climate has changed significantly over time and as state’s infrastructure expands, it will supplement the incoming industries in shaping a new era.
He said that global investors will find great purpose & interest in the project as the state govt has set target of attracting investment to the tune of Rs 10 lakh crore.
