Asia Cup 2023: With 4 days to go, check dates, venues & timings for all including India Vs Pak match

The 15 edition of the tournament will be played in Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

New Delhi: Team India is gearing up for a successful Asia Cup outing, and fans are also getting ready to soak in all the actions that the Asian cricketing giants have to offer.

The 15 edition of the tournament will be played in classical ODI format in Pakistan and Sri Lanka, unlike the 14 edition of the tournament which was played in UAE in T-20 format.

India had a rather disappointing outing last time by failing to qualify for the finals after losing their Super 4 matches against Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

Sri Lanka won the last edition of the tournament after beating Pakistan in the finals.

Notably, this year’s Asia Cup holds special importance, as this will be a tournament for all the sub-continent nations to check their prowess before the ICC ODI World Cup later this year.

India vs Pakistan Fest?

Team India and Pakistan are drawn into the same group and will play against each other on September 2. If Nepal fails to produce any miracle both the teams will again meet each other on September 10 in the Super 4 round. Finally, if both the teams manage to stay at the top of the table after super 4 they will again meet each other on September 17 in the finals.

Even on sitting on the opposite side of each other, both Indian and Pakistani cricket will be wishing the dream sequence to come true.
