New Delhi: Janata Dal (United) chief Nitish Kumar is set to take oath as Bihar Chief Minister at 4:30 PM on Monday. This will be his fourth straight term and a total of 7th time as state chief minister.
Alongwith Nitish Kumar, 2 BJP Deputy Chief Ministers and 12 other ministers will be sworn-in at the oath taking ceremony. BJP’s Tarkishore Prasad and Renu Devi will be among those taking oath at the event which will be attended by Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP President JP Nadda. In the first assembly elections after Coronavirus outbreak, NDA won the state election last week with wafer-thin majority securing 125 of 243 assembly seats in the assembly. The magical mark for Bihar assembly stands at 122.
