Binding Bharat Foundation distributes food and other essentials at old age home in Lucknow (PICs)

In the old age home, Kanupriya Jaju and her team distributed food items, saree and shawls to the senior citizens. She said that helping those in need is nothing less than worshipping the God.

New Delhi: In a noble and heart-warming initiative, the Binding Bharat Foundation Chairman Kanupriya Jaju and her team distributed foodgrains, clothing, spectacles and other essentials to several elderly residents of old age home in Lucknow.

Over the years, the Foundation has been doing exemplary service in reaching out to poor and downtrodden and helping them with basic essentials. It has been engaged in several social initiatives for the betterment of society and also for setting an example for others to take lesson from.

In the old age home, Kanupriya Jaju and her team distributed food items, saree and shawls to the senior citizens. She said that helping those in need is nothing less than worshipping the God. She also said that her team is always ready to extend assistance to helpless and unprivileged class of the society in whichever way possible.

“Binding Bharat is working on a lot of projects not just domestically but also outside the country and this includes imparting education, helping out ill and destitute class, raising awareness about environment and reaching out to malnourished lot with assistance”, she said.

The Foundation’s main purpose is to unite the youths of the country and work towards nation’s cause. She says, youth power forms the base of any country’s growth and development and therefore, the youth must be united with a common goal and vision.

 

The role of youth is also important in bringing in social reforms and nation building. She informed that Binding Bharat Foundation has collaborated with former Sri Lankan government for social initiatives and more such projects are proposed in Nepal and Mauritius.
