Covid19 in India: Mock drills conducted to make sure people get proper treatment, says Union Health min Mandaviya

Covid19 mock drill is being conducted across the hospitals in the country after several countries reported surge in coronavirus infection.

New Delhi: Amid rising cases of Covid19 in several countries, mock drills are being conducted at all Covid hospitals throughout the country.

Health ministers of all states took part in this exercise at their level.

Manshuk Mandaviya said the drill is being conducted to make sure there isn’t a Covid surge in the country. Union Health min Mandaviya had asked to be careful.

He said the mock drill is being conducted to make sure that people get proper treatment.

Union Health Minister also visited the Safdarjung Hospital to review Covid Mock drill.

On Monday (December 26), Mandaviya conducted a virtual meeting with doctors, public health experts, and Indian Medical Association (IMA) representatives on Covid-19 management.
