New Delhi: Once again a video from Delhi Metro went viral. The video shows a heated argument between a couple and two women. It’s not new that such an incidence is taking place in Delhi Metro. The video was shared on Twitter, capturing a couple getting engaged in a verbal altercation with two women who expressed their disagreement over their behavior in a public place.

Earlier also, Delhi Metro has witnessed many such incidences over time. Although Delhi Metro Corporation has been proactive in addressing the concerns of the passengers and ensuring their safety and comfort.
This year many such incidents took place, a few days before a man was caught on cameras for his obscene act in the metro, other such incidents include two women fighting with each other, and a couple kissing each other in Delhi Merto. A series of such incidents taking place and needs some strict actions by DMRC.
In action to the viral video, the DMRC has urged the commuters to set back from engaging in obscene activities and take immediate action on such incidents by reporting it to Metro staff or Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). The Delhi Metro Corporation emphasises the social behavior and etiquette that one should follow in public places to ensure the comfort of others as well.
The corporation acknowledges a respectful and comforting environment could only be achieved by the collective efforts of the cooperation and its passengers. The DMRC has strictly considered such behavior a punishable offense under section 59 of the Operation and Maintenance Act.
