New Delhi: Aditya Thakur, seeking ticket from Samajwadi Party from Aligarh, attempted self-immolation in front of Samajwadi Party
office on Sunday.
He tried to set himself on fire by sprinkling petrol on himself.
According to reports, Aditya was hoping to contest the Uttar Pradesh elections 2022 from Chhara constituency in Aligarh but was denied by the party.
