Free training is being given to women under National Rural Livelihood Mission

Fulfilling the resolve of a self-reliant UP, the state government is engaged in empowering urban and rural women through its schemes and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is realizing the dream of self-employment of women.

New Delhi: Fulfilling the resolve of a self-reliant UP, the state government is engaged in empowering urban and rural women through its schemes and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is realizing the dream of self-employment of women.

Rural women are enthusiastically working on the schemes launched with new thinking to make UP self-reliant. With this, the women are also walking ahead with their heads held high on the path of development by providing employment not only to themselves but also to others.

Under the National Rural Livelihood Mission in UP, on the one hand, women of self-help groups are being given free sewing training and on the other hand, under the Mission Shakti Abhiyan, women’s special protection teams are working to sensitise women and daughters.

Awareness campaigns are being conducted by police stations in different districts of the state. Under this, women and girls are being made aware of women’s self-reliance and empowerment.

Free training is given to women

The women of Self Help Groups were given free training by Usha Sewing School. They are also marketing the stitched clothes.

Women are being given training in different phases by the department. Till now 300 women have been given free training.
