New Delhi: Sri Ram Sene Chief Pramod Muthalik said that new campaign will start to demolish Gadag Jamia masjid & build Venkateshwara temple.
This Tippu era masjid will be brought down and a temple will be built, he said.
He also said that an awareness campaign was also organised over this issue in Gadag.
This is not the first time Pramod Muthalik has made such statements. He had earlier encouraged violence in the name of Lord Ram.

Muthalik was expelled from Bajrang Dal in 2005 following which in August 2005, he had set up the Shiv Sena’s Karnataka unit, stating that he wanted a political platform to advance the objectives of Hindutva.
He joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Karnataka state unit in the 2014, but was forced to exit in hours after protests from other members.
