New Delhi: The stage for the T-20 World Cup is ready. After years of playing cricket between India and Pakistan, the two teams will face off . India is scheduled to play Pakistan next Sunday on October 24 at the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup in the UAE.
Now, in the aftermath of the targeted killings of non Kashmiri in Jammu and Kashmir by terrorists, controversial Sri rama Sena chief Pramod Muthalik has expressed his opposition to the India Pakistan T20 cricket match.
“Is the government aware of the constant slaughter of soldiers and civilians in Kashmir? Do you know that with us, Audi made crores of money and shot a potion against us? It was wrong to give permission to play the game”, he said on Sunday.
“Don’t cricketers have compassion for their country’s soldiers? The game should not be stopped until terrorism stops”, he added.
In the Indian Premiere League (IPL) final, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) emerged as the champion. Pakistani players are not allowed to participate in IPL tournament.

In Jammu and Kashmir, the process of targeting civilians by terrorists is not breaking. On Sunday, terrorists entered the house in Wanpoh area of Kulgam and fired indiscriminately at the workers. In this incident, two non-Kashmiri laborers died on the spot while one was injured. After the incident, police and security forces have cordoned off the entire area.
