This time, a Pakistani leading daily ‘Dawn’ editor Fahd Hussain has lauded the Uttar Pradesh’s handing of the coronavirus cases, saying that the state govt did everything right. The Pakistani senior journalist also said that Uttar Pradesh was strict with lockdown to contain the spread of coronavirus.

“UP was strict with lockdown, we weren’t”

While comparing Uttar Pradesh’s handling of coronavirus casualty rate with that of Pakistan, the Pakistani journalist said the Indian state has a lower mortality rate than Pakistan despite having roughly the same population profile.
