New Delhi: It was a special moment for Doctor Sunil Bansal, treating Covid-19 patients in Mansa, Punjab.
Punjab Police along with the SSP reached his residence to celebrate his birthday. They offered him cake and flowers. Mansa SSP made a personal visit to the doctor’s residence to show respect for the self-less work that Covid warriors are doing at the cost of their own lives.
Two noted Punjabi singers Sidhu Moosewala and Aar Nait also accompanied the policemen to doctor’s residence, where they crooned a song to honour the doctor’s contribution to the society.

Doctors and healthcare workers, across the country are doing a national service by serving Coronavius patients while putting their own lives in danger. Such an honour may not commensurate with their service but this certainly lifts up their spirits and makes them feel about themselves.
