New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday took a potshot at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led Centre over the International Monetary Fund (IMF) comparing India's per capita Gross Domestic Product (GDP) with that of neighbouring Bangladesh.
