Shraddha murder case: Aftab’s new girlfriend in state of shock, continues to undergo counseling

New Delhi: In another new development in Shraddha Walkar’s murder case, accused Aftab Amin Poonawala’s new girlfriend was in shock and disturbed after she learned about the horrific act by him.
She said she is in shock after knowing the fact that Shraddha’s chopped body pieces were still in the fridge when she visited him.
According to the statement of Aftab’s new girlfriend, who is a clinical psychologist said she visited his residence twice after he killed Shraddha.
She also said she may need counseling to overcome this shock, said a police officer investigating the case.
Aftab’s new girlfriend also informed police that he gifted her a ring (the same ring that Shraddha wore before being killed).

Shraddha’s killer Aftab was in touch with several other women and he started talking to his new girlfriend one month before killing his live-in partner Shraddha Walkar.
During the investigation, Police also found out that Aftab was in contact with about 15-20 girls on different dating apps.
Aftab’s friend also informed Police that his behaviour was normal, and he was caring and she never felt that his mental health was disturbed.
She also said Aftab had a good collection of different varieties of deodorants and perfumes, and he used to gift her perfumes.
Aftab’s girlfriend also informed police that Aftab usually smoked a lot of cigarettes and talked about giving up smoking soon.
Police sources said Aaftab’s new partner is currently undergoing counseling after she had gone into a state of shock after she came to know Shraddha murder case.
