Viral VIDEO: Toddler seen beating another kid mercilessly, public anger builds over Bengaluru KG school

The footage reveals a group of toddlers left unattended, and even more disturbingly, one child repeatedly beating another.

New Delhi: A shocking video has caused a major uproar online as it captures a distressing incident at a preschool in Bengaluru. The footage reveals a group of toddlers left unattended, and even more disturbingly, one child repeatedly beating another. Shared on social media, the video has gone viral, prompting swift action from the Bengaluru Police.

The video depicts a room filled with toys and playthings, with a group of young children left without supervision. As the footage progresses, a woman dressed in a blue saree is seen positioned near the door. She escorts one child out of the room, leaving the remaining children unattended. It is during this period that one of the toddlers begins physically assaulting another, with no intervention from any adult present.

Since its upload, the video has garnered a staggering 155K views and ignited a wave of outrage among online viewers. One Twitter user expressed deep concern about the lack of professionalism in the incident, stating, “The state of unprofessionalism is disturbing. That child who is involved in bullying should be investigated, along with their parents. The child should undergo a mental health checkup, and their parents should face an investigation. This modern style of parenting is utterly unacceptable.”

Another Twitter user recounted a personal experience, adding, “When I was in LKG, the conductor of our school bus used to get violent with kids. He once grabbed my arm so tight that his nails left marks that stayed for weeks. It was only after my parents complained that the school ensured the buses had one female teacher accompanying.”

The circulation of this troubling video has prompted the Bengaluru Police to take immediate action. Assurances have been given that appropriate measures will be taken to address the situation and ensure the safety of children at the preschool.
