New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday attacked the Modi government over India becoming the fourth worst-hit country in terms of new coronavirus cases. Raising a question mark on India’s Covid containment strategy, the Congress leader described the development as horrific tragedy, resulting from a lethal blend of “arrogance and incompetence”.
