New Delhi: An elderly couple from Aligarh, Satyaprakash, along with his wife Rukmani, has built the world’s largest lock. This lock weighing 400 kg, opens with a 30 kg key and will be dedicated by the couple to the Ram temple being built in Ayodhya.

Satyaprakash, a resident of Jwalapuri in Aligarh, told that it has taken about 6 months to make this lock. The giant lock has been engraved with a picture of Lord Rama on it.

The locksmith further told that many changes will be made to the lock before sending it to Ayodhya. The box, lever, and hood will be made of brass. A steel scrap seat will also be installed to prevent it from catching rust.
